OPERATIONAL CAPACITY & CAPABILITY

MPT has gone to great extent to assemble under one roof all the requirements needed for Plasma/Ion-Nitriding operation.

The Benefits of the dual vessel system adopted by MPT is improved productivity, and lower labor content, which is passed on to our customer in lowering cost. The additional benefit of this system is a rapid turn around time, maximum of five (5) working days.

This period of turn around time includes a full documentation of (1) receiving inspection, (2) cleaning, (3) documented process parameters, (4) loading documentation, (5) Ion-Nitride processing, (6) resulting metallurgical laboratory evaluation and analysis.

The complete documentation will remain at MPT for 10 years, and is available for customers review at any time during that period.
