About Us


Metal Plasma Technology is a very reliable, efficient and valuable provider of Ion Nitriding services for parts used in the Aerospace, Power Generation, Industrial, Medical, Automotive, Racing, and other related industries. We currently have ten (10) furnaces/vessels of which the control systems are fully computerized and automated. They range in various sizes so as to fully accommodate the smallest components up to the large size gear rings.

Our Technology

Our overall processing capacity/volume is 570 cubic feet. These vessels are pulse-plasma, thereby, making the entire nitriding process as efficient, uniform and clean as possible. We have continuously invested in the maintenance and upgrading of our vessels and in procuring the most advanced technology in the software control systems.
