Our Technology

Our overall processing capacity/volume is 570 cubic feet. These vessels are pulse-plasma, thereby, making the entire nitriding process as efficient, uniform and clean as possible. We have continuously invested in the maintenance and upgrading of our vessels and in procuring the most advanced technology in the software control systems.

Our Accreditation

Metal Plasma Technology had adopted the philosophy of Quality first, followed by excellent customer support and very competitive pricing. We have vigorously adhered to these philosophies since our inception – our reward is the loyalty of our customer and their confidence and approval in the services we provide. In addition, our company has been approved by NADCAP (National Aerospace and Defense Contractors Accreditation Program) since 2003.

Our Advantages

  • Pulse-plasma systems that will yield a better quality nitride case depth, surface hardness and overall metallurgical properties
  • Negligible or no distortion
  • Very clean and green process due to the use of mechanical masking (as opposed to copper paste masking) – which are reusable
  • Rapid and efficient turnaround deliveries due to dual vessel systems
  • Vast and wide experience in nitriding various metals and alloys
  • Located in Southern California ever ready to serve the various industries in the region, as well as nationwide
  • Full NADCAP Accreditation
  • Member, Metal Treating Institute (MTI)
  • Member, Business Consumer Alliance (BCA, formerly BBB)
